Unfortunately it's been bumped up to August. And on a similar I am deeply disappointed to find out that Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World has been bumped up until November. Even though this makes sense since this now positions it a good time for oscar consideration I am still disappointed because I was really looking forward to this and I have to wait longer now.

Yes, I totally forgot about the remake of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre that I strongly believe should not be made. I heard this remake will be less gory and rely on suspenseful moments, unlike the classic original. Well hey ... it could work. But remakes rarely surpass the original, they actually hurt the original nowadays. The original was quite an intense, head-trip, crazy, gory, horror movie for its time ... and still is. I am worried about this because the remake is directed and written by people who have never done any official movie to date. It seems very low budget, like they might profit off the name mostly ...
Also, you sais The Amazing Spider Man. What are you referring to?

Huh? There was hardly any gore at all in the original. I don't understand why people are so worked up because they said the remake would have little gore when the original didn't have any either.
Anyway, I'd say the movies of 2003 I am most looking forward to are:
The Matrix Reloaded
The Matrix Revolutions
T3: Rise of the Machines
Jason vs. Freddy
Tears of the Sun
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
The Core
Also, I believe The Amazing Spider-Man is the tentative title for the sequel to Spider-Man though I highly doubt it's going to come out this year. Probably next year or the year after.

Exactly, that is what I said. There was hardly any gore so how can they possibly tone down the only gory scene in the whole movie? (hook anyone?) That is my point. They were talking about toning down the violence in general I believe. The original was never violent to begin with, mostly crazy, intense shit. I don't want the most few bits totally removed. The hook part was a fucking awesome scene in the movie.

My top 10 most anticipaed...
1.) Lord of the Rings: Return of the King
2.) Wonderful Days
3.) Phone Booth
4.) Matrix Sequels
5.) Pirates of the Carribean
6.) Cold Mountain
7.) The Butterfly Effect
8.) The Next Miyazaki (forgot title)
9.) The Man From Elysian Fields
10.) Star Wars: Episode 3
#10 - Star Wars is a long way off, but I really want to see how he plans to tie it all together and fix all the little mistakes and cover all the little plot holes he has made along the way.
#9 - I just want to see Mick Jagger say "Call me old fashioned..." on the big screen.
#2 - This looks to be the best piece of anime to come from the East in YEARS!!! (excl. Miyazaki).
