Wow. This is so, so original. Chris Rock, running for president. I can only imagine the black jokes.
Can Chris do anything but a black comedy? Down to Earth, black guy, white guys body. Head of State, black guy, running for president. Bad Company, looked pretty bad.
I'm not going to make the mistake of seeing this pile of shit.
How about you?

I, too, would once like to see him play a middle-aged white lawyer in a mellow courtroom drama.
;)
Actually, despite the non-original premise, the trailer had some funny moments in it ("the roof is on fire!"). It won't be the greatest film on earth, but I wouldn't say it looks like the worst either. I'm not a huge Chris Rock fan, but when he's on his funniest, he is damn funny. This doesn't seem it'll be the funniest film of the year, but it does look to provide some laughs. So if it doesn't get completely horrendous reviews, I'll probably catch it on video.

I admit chuckling when the old woman came out: "It was off the hizzle-faschizzle."

I saw the trailer before "Daredevil", and I honestly chuckled many times. It is not original. It is not going to be amazing, but I'd wager it'll be simple fun entertainment, and that is all I really want.

I saw Bad Company which wasnt a bad movie. Just the chemistry between Rock & Hopkins seem to clash here and there. As for Rock's upcoming Head of State, I'd probably check it out. HOS looks like Eddie Murphy's Distinguished Gentleman he did couple years back. But still like I said, thats not gonna change mind my mind when it comes out.

Where can i see this trailer?
BTW I think Chris Rock is a damn good comedian. I dont care who he plays, he is pound 4 pound one of the top comedians in the world, right under Jim Carry, Chris Tucker, Sean William Scott

Exactly dh!
The trailer is amusing, plus the film has the always hilarious Bernie Mac in it....thus I will be checking it out for sure!

Bernie Mac was by far the best part of that trailer i just hope all the funny parts in the movie were not crammed into the trailer like most comedies nowadays.

Man does this movie look BAD. God I remember when Chris Rock used to be funny but damn lately he's in the same tired movies with the same cliched sterotypical characters. And what is with all the movies coming out where white characters are acting like black people(Malibu's Most Wanted,Head of State, that god awful looking Steve Martin Movie)? I mean can you imagine the HILARITY that must ensue. The worst part of it all is the scripts and the "It was off the hizzle-faschizzle" garbage. Yes it was funny when Snoop Dogg started it about 2 years ago but it's been so played out it's not funny anymore. So to sum this, and the other 2 coming out, look like pure garbage and I hope either this trend of movie style dies or talented and very funny people like Chris Rock and Martin Lawrence start to pick better movie scripts.

My 2000th post, and I'm talking about a Chris Rock film. Such a life ;).
The trailer looks good, but I don't think the film we be. Bernie Mac who I think is really funny, looks pretty good. But the Hot in Herre thing, really turns me off.
I may see this film. Most likely rent.

"Head of State" doesn't look that great, but it does look like a good time at the movies. I'm definitely not going to miss out on seeing a flick with Chris Rock and especially Bernie Mac.

Iwish Chris Rocks performances on screen and films would be just as good as his stand uo comedians, when he was younger. Damn he was funny. Now its haha not lol or LOL or LMAO.

I actually am looking forward to seeing this movie. Chris Rock stars and directed it, plus Bernie Mac is in it. If Chris Rock can pull this off, then I think this film could be hilarious. His movie career has been pretty lackluster so far, besides "Dogma," but I seriously think that this one has a chance.

I'm not expecting much from it. It's PG-13, whereas some of his best stand up videos are piss-yourself funny, and very R rated

To be honest, I don't give a f**k about movie cliches. This looks quite funny, and I'll probably check it out at the theatres.

Those freaking old white people dancing to rap music pissed me off, damn how I hate that cliche.
I think I will skip this, too bland and generic looking.
i think chris rock is one of the most annoying persons in the whole universe, i wont see this movie, i'll even avoid the trailers.
