Here's how the story goes:
When a family moves into a home with a shocking secret their lives become a nightmare as their son begins to communicate with the dead.
Can't tell you more or i'll be the one blaimed for spoilling the movie!!!
Anyways, i just checked this movie out (i was always passing this movie, when i finally decided to give it a try).
A part from some lousy effects (the movie was made in 1977), it was a good surprise...you will find some really funny scenes (and i somehow think that they were not meant for that), but there are some real tense moments and a few unexpected jumps!!!
So, who has seen this one??

Yes and I own it, not the best Mario Bava film but it is a really good movie.
It is more about psychology I think.
The film looks a bit dated but I don't care, the bodycount is very very low ( could have been huge if the plane had crashed but there was no accident )
Good performance from Daria Nicolodi ( former wife of Argento ) not very bloody but very nightmarish ( the piano, the hand, the flying cutter, disturbing images )
I like the end because it is not a happy end *********************** SPOILER **************************** the little boy is alone.
7/10, Mario Bava is one of my favorite director.

I really don't think that the plane crash should've happened (if it did)...it was really lame the way they tried to make it look like they were having some turbulence.
But it's still a good movie...i think "Demons" is better than this one.

Love the laughing piano bit. Supposidly lamberto had directed a few parts but I didn't really see where.

I also own Schock, I wasn't expecting much from it. I picked it up because it was used/cheap and directed by Bava. I really enjoyed it, and thot Daria was very believable and she made me feel edgy watching her go insane thru-out the film. I found the film to be very trippy and mesmerizing too. I agree it did have some solid "make you jump" scenes...very cool.
