Let me throw a couple of curve balls at you: two nude scenes, but not sex scenes.

In Irreconcilable Differences, when O'Neal is directing her in his film and asks her to do the scene topless, and she nonchalantly agrees and drops the top for a few seconds.

A few years later, in a film entitled Scissors, there's a subtle scene where she's changing clothes and looks at herself in the mirror. I like both of those better than either of her more ballyhooed sex scenes, personally.

I didn't see The Specialist, but I seriously doubt that they ever went as far as Basic Instinct--so guess where my vote goes? :p
