Those are the most modern i can think of at the time. I want another AIRPLANE or Police Academy Spaceballs type of movie to come out. But it'll never do good with the modern day audience who wants movie about Schizophrania, and people robbing banks etc. Mel Brooks needs to make a comeback into the film industry again.

You liked BJM!! I thought is was very long and boring. Although the only scene I did enjoy was where John Malkovich went into his own mind. Now that was funny, seeing female John Malkovichs.

Peace,
Matt

Ya. I thought it was one of the best movies of 1999. It was a very funny and very well written comedy. My favorite parts are when the old man that owns the company is constantly apologizing for having a speech impediment, but he speaks just fine. Very funny.

Meet the Parents

Am I the only one that hates this movie WITH A VENGENCE?

I think Happy Gilmore is excellent... How about A Fish Called Wanda? Based on those three movies, that one is probably a bit too high class for you though..

If you're familiar Wong Kar-Wai's movies, A Chinese Odyssey is a hilarious spoof.
My Left Eye Sees Ghosts is a great romantic comedy.

Anything by Whit Stillman is very funny. Anything by Wes Anderson as well.

Amelie was great. American Movie was absolutely hilarious, and so was Election. Dick and Dogma were wonderful.

Christmas Rush was funny, but funny in a different kind of way.

That's all I'll say for now.
