Within the Woods (Evil Dead Prequel-sort of)

Has anyone ever seen this 25 minute movie? It's one of Sam Raimii's first flicks, and I believe its the first Bruce Campbell movie. It's not really tied in to the Evil Dead series, but it works as a nice bookend piece. You can download it off KaZaa. Interesting little flick that is a must for Bruce Campbell completists.

Yeah, cool little movie. It was the first evil dead because they made it to raise money to film the feature Evil Dead. Bruce Campbell had been making short films with Sam Raimi for years before they shot this one though.

Yeah, What Fuad lives said is true. I haven't seen this one, how good is the audio and video quality? I may download it, unfortunately my connection sucks so I'd like to be sure before I take action..

im downloading it at the mo. just checked a little of it out and the picture is terrible but the audio is ok. im still gonna get it coz its a must see 4 an evil dead fan like me. ill report back when i have got and seen it all.

It's interesting to see the similarities between Within the Woods and The Evil Dead. Definitely worth a download although the quality is pretty bad.

Bad quality yes, but I enjoyed it myself, even though it took some time to download.

Is there an unedited version of the original Evil Dead? I've got the old dubbed video. I never did buy it... (doh!)

But I would like to see what I might have missed...
