I haven't seen either of them. But, I don't care for war flicks and I don't plan on ever seeing Saving Private Ryan. I saw a little bit of it on TV (un-edited), and it didn't seem very interesting to me. Plus, I'm not the biggest fan of Tom Hanks. So, I'll give my vote to The Big Lebowski, which I'd probably enjoy more.

What the Fuck! Why is it that people think American History X is such a fucking Godsend. That movie had so many holes and problems that I can't even believe it is so revered in boards like this. Norton's performance was fantastic, but the movie as a whole was weak and uncompelling. STOP LOVING SHIT!!

Well, see, people have these things called opinions. You've voiced your's often enough and loudly enough, so you should probably respect our's. Different people see different things in movies. What you may see as a problem or a hole, some people may see as something that fits well, or makes it all the more endearing. We'll stop loving shit as soon as you stop loving shit, because every movie is shit to someone...and I'd look out because if you keep going along like this you're headed for a banning...

Well said Nate... Everyone has an opinion, and one mans (or womans) trash is another mans (or womans) treasure. I love American Beauty (10/10 or A+) and think it is a great and flawless film, yet some people find it horrible. It's all a matter of opinion, and everyone needs to respect everyone else's, because there's not a single movie that EVERYONE loves. No matter how many people love a movie, there's always going to be someone that hates it.
