My Bloody Valentine

I saw this movie on DVD recently and found myself shocked that I never heard of it. Being the guy everyone goes to about movies..especially old rarities and unknown horror films..this struck me as, well, it made me feel sad. So I was wondering before I drop the 17-20 dollars on it...is it anygood? So far I bought both Session 9 and Cherry Falls on your opinions and have been VERY VERY VERY pleased with both films. So what be your opinions, fellow schmoes?

Well I was about 12 when I last saw this movie so my memory is a little hazy. I remember liking it when I was 12 but that's not really a reliable recommendation. I saw a lot of movies back then that i've since seen and was disappointed to find they were awful.

Wow I didn't know this was released on DVD yet. I am wanting to add this to my collection. It is a quality slasher that relies heavily on atmosphere and a really cool setting in the mine. There is not much gore and i was hoping that the dvd would show the uncut footage but from what i have heard it is not in there. Great movie though and I would love to see it other than my grainy video tape...9/10

this is a awsomemovie.. i owned it till my dad sold it.. he didnt think that i liked it..! well since its on dvd i will probably go out and buy it soon. it was soo cool

This is my favorite slasher ever ( sorry I don't find Black Xmas, which is supposed to be superior )
There is the love - triangle, the killer is awsome and impressive, good atmosphere, atmospheric, good music from Zaza, obviously there was a good budget for this film.

I've never seen this film yet,i remember pictures from it i believe...the killer looked like a scuba diver right?anyways i really need to check this one out,as well as black christmas.

i hated this movie. the haracters were sooo unlikeable, the killer was stupid, none of the kills were cool. overall this was just a crappy movie.

this is a very underratted slasher although only one part scarred me and it wasnt even tht big of a scare its pretty entertaining and even it has a lot of slasher cliches its still pretty original and its very atmospheric i give it a 7 out of 10
