Ok, I'm ripping dh's idea here, but I hope he doesn't mind lol...

I love Kevin Spacey movies, so I thought I'd start a tournament for his films...

Because of the sheer amount of films he is in, not all of his films will be here, but the majority will:

A Bug's Life (winner)
vs
K-Pax (out)

Se7en (winner)
vs
The Negotiator (out)

Swimming with Sharks (winner)
vs
The Shipping News (out)

A Time to Kill (out)
vs
Glengarry Glen Ross (winner)

Ordinary Decent Criminal (out)
vs
Outbreak (winner)

American Beauty (winner)
vs
L.A. Confidential (out)

The Life of David Gale (out)
vs
The Big Kahuna (winner)

Pay it Forward (out)
vs
The Ref (winner)

The Usual Suspects (winner)
vs
Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil (out)

Hurlyburly
vs
See No Evil, Hear no Evil

I haven't seen all of these movies either, but I will be trying to see as many as possible while this tournament continues...

I actually love both movies very much...The Negotiator (8/10) is a very well done thriller, but I think most of us agree that Se7en (10/10) is the better movie...

Ok, with 25-1 it's quite obvious that Se7en has won this match (which was not exactly unforeseen)...

I did want to pair The Negotiator up with something else to begin with to make it more even, but I didn't want American Beauty, Se7en, Usual Suspects, etc to get paired up too early and make the tournament boring :D lol

Anyway, on to the next match...

sorry bout that whole gap in between, our school had it's big production this year (marvin's room) and i'm assistant stage managing so i was really busy with that + kiwanis music festival = no time to go on the computer lol.

but i am finally here, and this round is finally finished.

Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil , though not great, I liked it more than the very overrated The Usual Suspects...and yes, I know am the only one.

I second what screamer said... The Usual Suspects (7/10) is good, but not great. It's been years ago that I saw Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil the last time, and I don't remember much. But I liked it and thus I'm happy to vote for it!

With a very close score of 7-6, See No Evil, Hear No Evil wins the round.

Now, it's the 2nd part of the tournament, and here's what's left:

A Bug's Life
vs
Se7en (winner)

Swimming with Sharks
vs
Glengarry Glen Ross (winner)

Outbreak
vs
American Beauty (winner)

The Big Kahuna (winner)
vs
The Ref

The Usual Suspects (winner)
vs
See No Evil, Hear no Evil

So we start with A Bug's Life vs Se7en. Since I've already posted pics, i thought there's no point in posting pics (i'm sooo lazy ;p, but maybe later i'll post some new pics...anyway, on with the tournament.

I vote for Se7en...

Ok, let's put A Bug's Life out of its misery before its reputation gets damaged further (as if that's possible with a score of 18-0 for Se7en)

Next up we have...

Swimming with Sharks

vs

Glengarry Glen Ross

Start voting people! And hopefully this will be at least a little tougher than the other one? :D
