Wow! I can't believe no one posted this yet!
Anyways I thinks this looks bloody terrible. And a rip off of the great movie Spy Kids (hahaha joking) What do you guys think?
Thoughts? Reviews?
P.S.
For the sneak preview there were only 12 people in it. (My friend works at the theater and he said it was a 5/10.)

I must say that judging from the trailers for Agent Cody Banks and reading the synopsis, the film, although it has some similarities, it is not a rip-off of the Spy Kids films. If anything Agent Cody Banks looks like James Bond Jr.
As far as the film goes I want to see it. It looks like a fun, mindless film. Some of the early reviews of the film have been positive and the trailer itself is actually pretty good.
Will I see it? Yeah! Probably not in the cinemas but I will check it out on video. I like Frankie Muniz and Angie Harmon co-stars in the film.... she kicked ass on Law and Order.
I'm probably in the minority here, but the film looks entertaining.

Frankie Muniz is 17, and he's still making kid's movies, good god. I will not be seeing this movie, it looks like xXx jr, and those who thought that was actually a good idea should slap themselves in the face.

I am still amazed how money was spent on this. MGM must be really desperate. It is sad how MGM is beginning to slip, but oh well.
As for the movie. It looks terrible. Terrible plot, terrible actors, just terrible. I will not see this movie, ever.

"Agent Cody Banks" looks terrible. The cast is vomit-worthy, especially Frankie Muniz trying to be "cool" and/or "badass". The trailers are quite corny, and the jokes seem almost as bad as the acting. I can safely say I'll most likely never see this. I'd rather watch "Die Another Day" on loop for 48 hours than watch this "xXx"/"Spy Kids" rip-off. Ugh.

I'm with ideal here, I think AGENT CODY BANKS looks fun. I might actually end up seeing it in theaters. And hey, it can't end up being as bad as that other 2003 family movie KANGAROO JACK, can it? ;)

Actually, watching Die Another Day on loop would be kinda fun actually, since it's a very enjoyable movie

you know,i'd be lying if i said i wasnt a bit interested in seeing this...i'm not seeing it in theaters and aint excited about it,but i am going to rent it....(put armor on and lifts sheild up)
It doesn't look THAT cool but I guess opening a thread with a thumb down for a new film isn't THAT cool too. You know it could turn out to be a good film so why judge it before seeing it?

Agent Cody Banks got 4 stars out of 5 in the Toronto Star.

It strikes me that Muniz is 17 and he hasn't done any mature adult films. Unless Duece's Wild counts, but that was horrid and didn't seem much of a movie. Like, Big Fat Liar, and this. He should be off in a mature and watchable film. Look at Halley Joel Osment. He's what, 14. And the only children's movie he has done is the Jungle Book II. If I was a director and I was comparing the resumee's I would see: The Sixth Sense, Pay it Forward, A.I., and The Jungle Book II. Then the other: Big Fat Liar, Duece's Wild, Malcom in the Middle, Agent Cody Banks. I would of course choose the actor who has more expirence with more adult movies.
Just something I noticed.

Agent Cody Banks - 3/10
This was the worst movie i've seen in a loooonnnnngggg time. It was completely unoriginal, borrowing everything in it, ranging from XXX to Spy Kids to Austin Powers (did u c Miles' outfit at the end??). The plot was ridiculous and especially complicated for a ridiculous kid's film. This movie is sooo fuckin stupid. The first big action scene (skateboard/car) began the long chain of moronic events that were too stupid to be entertaining. I can't believe i gave this movie my money. I'm gunna lose sleep over that one....

The tagline itself makes me want to vomit.
"Save the world. Get the girl. Pass math."
Give me a break!
