I've realized that not many people on the boards really care for Dave Matthews Band. Why is this? What about them turns you guys off? I'm curious.

Are there any fans who've been hiding? Are you ready to come out and say you like them.

I am Annie Hall, and I like Dave Matthews Band.

...does anyone else? :(

It's not that I don't like them....it's just that I've never really been that interested in them. There are a few of their songs that I know and like, but other than that I have no interest.

Love Dave Matthews.
I totally recommend checking out the Storytellers with Tim Reynolds if your a fan and have not seen it yet. You can easily find it off Kazaa.

I love the Dave Matthews Band. A lot of their stuff is very melodic and catchy. Also (and I'm probably in a minority...), I think that Dave is kind of cute.

Crash is solid, and I love Before These Crowded Streets, but since then, they haven't really enthused me.

Everyday blows, but the rest of their albums are solid. I say they did it best with Under the Table and Dreaming, or Before These Crowded Streets. Great music to fall asleep to.

I am completely obsessed with the greatest band in the world...DMB!!! Do any of you guys download or trade shows? JW...I think their music is just so damn amazing...something I really can't put into words. Everyone has a band that makes them feel good and this is mine. Nothing else in the world makes me as happy as being at a DMB show and it's all about the music. If you guys want a place to let your DMBness shine head on over to the boards at www.amidreaming.org Over there I'm JimyThang, it's the best DMB fansite out there imo so check it out if your at all interested. Anyone here goin to a D+T show or plannin on any shows for the summer tour?

DMB is great!! I haven't heard Busted Stuff, but I've heard it's good. I think Under The Table and Dreaming is their best album so far.

I'm actually inclined to agree...here is my order of their best albums:

1. Under the table and dreaming
2. Busted Stuff
3. Crash
4. Before these Crowded Streets (which has my favorite song on it)
5. Everyday

This is always changing for me but at this moment:
1-Crash
2-UTTAD
3-BTCS
4-Busted Stuff
5-Everyday

and live:
1-Live @ Red Rocks
2-Live in Chicago
3-Listener Supported
4-Live @ Folsom Field

i didn't rank Dave & Tim, Recently or Remember Two Things cause I couldn't fit them into a category really

DMB is a fairly good band. The closest thng we have to The Grateful Dead today.

I will be seeing them August 5 in vancouver. Anyone else catching the tour?

I like DMB, but nowadays I like everything before "Before These Crowded Streets". Nowadays I can pick and choose from the new stuff.

I give Dave credit for making the only song about a religious figure that didn't make me cringe, "The Christmas Song". Hear that Christian rock bands?!!!

That's one of my faves and "Cry Freedom". I used to listen to Crash ad nauseum for days.
