Help me identify this movie

Hi all. SPOILERS AHEAD!!! I want to know what the name of this movie was, where there was a serial killer that was in a black diving suit. I remember 2 scenes in particular, one where this lady is relaxing in a tube floating in the river and then you see a knife slowly emerge from the water and makes its way towards the lady ( i think the killer splits her in half, i dunno i saw the movie on broadcast). The 2nd scene is when the killer takes a mini harpoon, puts it in his mouth and does himself in. If someone knows which movie i'm talking about could you please tell me what it is? Thx schmoes.

hmm,not sure,could it be my bloody valentine maybe?i havent seen it,just the description of the black suit kinda reminds me of that look.though i hear that was a coal miner suit.

It's definitely NOT My Bloody Valentine. I'm quite sure that it's AMSTERDAMNED (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0094651) by Dick Maas (who also directed The Lift). It has all the scenes you mentioned in it... an no, you don't see how the woman is split in half in the uncut version. Decent flick IMO!
