Some great videos there, BCV. I voted for Radiohead - Just. Proper mindfuck.
For videos that aren't on that list, I'd have to go for Prodigy - Smack My Bitch Up. The first-person perspective combined with the brilliant beats and the shocking ending, that was innovative in every sense of the word.

I voted for Peter Gabriel's Sledgehammer even though I don't like his music very much ...however, I remember how cool this stop-motion video looked when it came out in 1986. 7 year old Ren was very impressed ;)
+ my other faves are almost every Spike Jonze directed music video for Fatboy Slim, Weezer, Björk, Pavement, Beastie Boys, Daft Punk, Sonic Youth etc.

"Just" by Radiohead. "Paranoid Android" is great too.

I went with Sledgehammer, cause it's the first thing to come to mind.
I also remember being mightily impressed with Art of Noise's Paranoimia video back in the day.
Although not really "groundbreaking", special mention should be given to "Video Killed the Radio Star". The first video broadcast on MTV, way back in the day.

Good choices. Hard choice between Pete, Queen, Verve, and Mike..
but I will go with Queen.

I'll take other... I have to go for DJ Shadow's collaboration with Thom Yorke, Rabbit in the headlights, very classy. Or anything by Spike Jonze... particularly his Sonic Youth skate work that seems to be a staple with most starting out punk/pop alternatives. Oh, and Bjork's Human Nature. You kind of have to mention Hype Williams (is that right) not that they always turn out well, and over rely on the big budget thing... but most of the Missy Elliot ones especially "Work it", err, work.

I also went with Bob Dylan. One of my most favorite videos, yet the most simplistic of all.

Damn! It's so hard, there's millions of music videos that have just amazed me, but I'll go with.....
"Smack Your Bitch Up" - Prodigy
Not only is this video innovative, but it's very unique and shocking. The ending is a real kicker, and the direction is relentless. This isn't my favorite music video, but since we're all talking about "innovative music videos", well, this is my answer.

"Let Forever Be" - Chemical Brothers.
4 years later, I'm still not totally sure how they did this one. Probably one of the most technically impressive videos I've seen.

The most innovative music video for me has got to be Nine Inch Nails's "Closer" it had such a violent/sexual vibe to it if you watch this video unedited then you'll know what i mean! Mostly all of the Nine Inch Nails music videos have been very innovative!

I voted other, and i demand you all check out the video to Invalid Letter Department by At the Drive-In, it's a very powerful video with a hard hitting message.
A recent video that's really blown me away is Cut your Ribbon by Sparta (featuring 3/5 of at the drive in, coincidentally). That's another one you should give a viewing or two.

Hey number have you checked out the rest of the bands new band Mars Volta yet? They are so damn good its unbelieveable. Rick Rubin is doing their debut full length album as I type this with flea being a guest muscian to play bass on their album.
