I just wanted to know if I was the only one who is hard as heck waiting for the darn FIGHT CLUB DVD to come out...??

God-oh-mighty, it seriously looks like it's gonna eat the digital video cake and kick it in the balls, too!!

Great movie. Great cast. Great director.

Nuff said.

Fight Club is a complete given. Isn't the due date for release in the beginning of June? Just maybe I'll have to book off work that day just to be first in line to get my hot little hands on a copy!!

Waiting in deep anticipation,
Cashturn

COME ON JOBLO YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING! This DVD will be the DVD that sets standards for the market. People said how fantastic The Matrix disc was, Fight Club will blow it out of the water. This will be the DVD of 2000. I first thought Three Kings looked like the best so far, but Fight Club just looks trememdous. With 6 days left I can already feel myself annoying friends and family with the lines I memorize from this disc. Watching this movie everyday for a week straight. I'm looking forward to watching it strictly for inside stuff. The only con to this list of pros is I think they screwed up the best part of the DVD experience. I saw some screenshots of the menues and they looked bad. I mean given you can't see the motion or sound, but the basic screenshots looked bad. I still think this DVD will give Fight Club the publicity it deserves. Stop streotyping and actually watch the film. I believe this has the power to be the best DVD in my collection, this could even put The Abyss S.E. to shame. Let's hope.

I agree with him, I was mearly saying that I think most people that are seriously into DVD are "hard as heck" waiting for the disc. So please don't bother me with with your criticism when really all they are is a weak attempt at sucking up to JoBlo.

i checked out the dvd for fight club yesterday and let me tell you it RULES! even if you didn't like the movie it would be worth renting for the kick-ass extras.one of my favorite things on it are these spanish movie trailers.in the end of the trailer instead of the soap with fight club on it, there's this soap that has the spanish way of spelling it that's like two lines long.anyway any hardcore dvd fan needs to check this one out.

I am DVD-less. Actually i'm awaiting the discounted used copies to hit the shelves at blockbuster. Is there any chance that the extras on the DVD will be released on a special video edition, kinda like they did with Natural Born Killers? i asked this in a club and the guy who replied to me was a real wiseass about it...please don't condemn me b/c i don't have a dvd player!

The funniest part of the extras were the public service announcements by Pitt and Norton, I laughed my ass off.

Jack: "..and remember, no one has the right to touch you in your bathing suit area. thank you."

The internet spots were also really well done. All in all, a terrific DVD and definitely worth the money.

This DVD is amazing. It has 2 Discs and 4 editions of running commentary. It is amazing. Even if you didn't like the movie, you have to pick this up.
