For Buffalo fans or Hockey enthusiast we have here some new jerseys that the sabres will be wearing soon now that we have a new owner.

Hmm...although I was fond of the Sabres' previous sweaters, I don't think their new sweaters look too bad. I'm hoping my monitor colors are off though, that looks to be like some sort of an orange. Eeek!

I'm really glad they're going back to their "old school" jerseys.

That last one (dijon yellow) does look very similar to the Preds alternate uniforms...thumbs down on that one only because it looks like another teams jersey (I'm actually one of the few who doesn't mind that color).


I still miss the Sharks original jerseys...why do they keep changing the "unis" so often lately?

They're as ugly as the old ones.

Which team do you think has the ugliest jerseys(in the NHL).

I think that the Islanders orange jerseys are the worst, but I'm big enough to say that the Avs alternate jerseys are pretty bad, too (they scream "High School Team").

Well bob, I've never liked Phoenix's jerseys. They're a little too busy for my taste. My very favorite jerseys are those of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Subtle class through and through. That's how a jersey should be done! Imo, of course. ;)

The old home Nordiques Jerseys were awesome (am I showing my colors, or what?). I also think the Hartford Whalers jerseys were awesome.

I'm surprised the new logo doesn't show Tom Golisano handing over a huge check to a bum on the street! ;) (Sorry, Sabres fans.)

bob! We finally agree on something! The Whalers Jersey(away especially) were the fuckin' money!(I just watched Swingers). I need to get my hands on one.


Right now, I don't think the Sabres should be worried about jersey's and uniforms. They have many financial problems still to be worked out. Before you change your outfit, make sure you'll have a team to wear it first.

Well, without further delay here are the jerseys of the greatest and most missed NHL hockey club (sorry Winnipeg) in history...


THE HARTFORD WHALERS !

These guys are really missed, there are at least half a dozen websites still dedicated to them and trying to get them back in the league.

Its awful. However we are on a good streak and actually are ahead of 4 teams in the East alone... dunno how that happened. We have an owner now and thats what we needed. Its hard missing the playoffs 2 years in a row when you team basically was a lock every other year.

I've looked up some Whalers history (had to... I didn't get into hockey until two years after they became the Carolina Hurricanes), and I think all their jerseys looked pretty groovy. :)

Sorry they moved. :(

Yuck. The new ones look terrible. I never like their "old school" jerseys.

I agree with bob on the Nordiques jerseys. They were awsome. Too bad the had to move to Colarado ;).
