after reading the news about Indianna Jones 4 i can't help but think that they're making a huge mistake. Especially after seeing Ford on Jay Leno where they did a demonstration with him using the good old whip. not only did the demonstration didn't work, i was fearful that he was gonna have a stroke. i think it is a good idea of the plan for him to mentor a new and young jones type character but shouldn't the triology end with the last crusade? your thoughts please...

No, they have to make him the star but I just hope the movie doesn't involve a bunch of dumb gags about how Indiana is old and shit. That could get old (forgive the pun) real fast.

Also, let's hope he doesnt say...

"You got me straight trippin' boo".

I actually think it would be kinda cool to have Ford and Connery back in a fourth film, but out of the two options, I'd say leave it at a trilogy.

Its a sequel that long overdue. You gotta figure, one script, two budget & third can all parties director and star able to do the project. Yes Harrison is no spring chicken but they will come up w/ something fabulous.

If done properly, a 4th Indy film could be wonderful in a Robin & Marian kind of way.
If plans for a 4th fall through, though(yes, I know they say it's a go, but that could still change[especially if our George wants to shoot it digitally, a method Spielberg isn't fond of]), I won't complain!

The title made me think this thread was about his relationship with Calista Flockhart.
