4.) A Woman Under The Influence -8/10
5.) Love Streams -7.5/10

Deckard gave me this idea, I did Peckinpah and Fuller, why not Cassavetes? So what are your best/worst/favorite films by this pioneer of truly independent filmmaking?

All great choices the "Quentin"

I would add BIG TROUBLE & CHILD IS wAITING as a pair of gems too..

CHild is Waiting is one of Judy Garlands most real perfvormances and the film is very believable....and

BIG TROUBLE has a killer cast and features some of Alan Arkins finest. Peter Falk and Charles Durning are also hilarious..

The Killing of a Chinese Bookie was terrific.

The only other Cassavetes film I've seen was Gloria but that film was marred by a terrible performance by the kid.
