In terms of "ha-ha" funny, JACKASS: THE MOVIE made me laugh the most consistently.

But in films classified as comedies but not necessarily out-right hilarious, I'd choose ADAPTATION in a heartbeat.

I think the best and funniest comedy of 2002 was About A Boy, but I still have to see quite a lot of 2002 movies.

Igby Goes Down (9/10). If Bowling For Columbine were considered a comedy I suppose that would be tops, but I have trouble considering a documentary any other genre, despite the film's many big laughs.
