Both the tv show and the movie are not being distributed to any other countries, as far as I know. Got a small (but happy) cult following.

I can understand why they wouldn't distribute it overseas....It's fairly particular to one side of Australian culture (not that other countries shouldn't show it in order to learn about Australian Pizza shops!). I personally can't wait to see it :D

in the newspaper a reviewer said it was one of the worst films he has ever seen and because tof the offensive jokes it used he doesnt know why it wasn't banned along with those really controversial movies that were banned in aussie, like that baise-moi or something. he gave it 1/2 a star out of 5.

I loved this movie. I think it's only really a film for Australia though. I can see why its been getting some crappy reviews as the story is a bit disjointed and has plenty of crude and unnecessary bits through it, but they are all hilarious, and I think the film is more for a teenage and young adult audiences which is probably why all the reviews, who are generally older, have been negative. There are certainly some jokes in the movie that might offend some people (September 11th is mentioned in a pretty funny passing gag), but Baise Moi, in regards to that post, was basically a porn movie, this certainly doesn't deserved to be banned, and if it was gonna be so controversial they should've rated it higher. Reviewers need to unclench and leave this movie to be judged by the audience it aims at.
