Best of William Friedkin?

In my opinion, William Friedkin is a great director. Yes, he's made a few stinkers, but overall, a lot of his movies are great. Which one is your favorite?

I voted for The Exorcist, it was between that and The French Conenction. Both are great movies, but I enjoy a good horror movie so The Exorcist wins.

To Live And Die in L.A. (next on my list) shares a fair bit of 80's tackiness (and a very good performance from William Peterson) with another excellent film from the period, Michael Mann's Manhunter.

God, Rules of Engagement was a stinker though.
