I saw this movie in the theaters and have it on DVD now and I love it. My favorite has gotta be either the dinner scene wit Dick or when Sean Bateman is contemplating what he is going to do during the beginning of the movie ( when hes like naming all his options, hook up wit that girl, masturbate, take shots , etc)

Definitely the infamous "Dinner with Dick" scene, my favorite few minutes of the movies from last year.

The scene at the end with Sean thinking of Paul and Laura, with a freeze frame going on. It's mainly the music that gives it power.

The frenzied voiceover for Laura at the beginning with the shocking outcome she gets into.

BTW, when noticing that the Dinner scene doesn't really fit into the "story" at all, and loses it's comedy, it's beginning to be one of my least favorite scenes from the movie

***OBVIOUS SPOILERS AS PER THE TOPIC TITLE, IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN TROA, DON'T READ ON***

Dinner with Dick was hilarious, the frenzied account of Kip Pardue's European trip was awesome, the introduction to the characters was inventive and very cool, and the split-screen meeting was way slick and set to great music, but my favorite would have to be:

The beautiful suicide in the tub, set to Harry Nillson's "Without You", the most memorable scene of last year.

First off, why could you say "beautiful suicide".

Second, the best scene is Victor and his documentary through Europe.

Because I thought the suicide scene was beautifully done, not to be misinterpreted as the act being beautiful of course.

Dinner with Dick was cool but the best scene was Victor talking about Europe.

I guess I found the dinner with dick scene forced and over done.

The Pardue Euro Montage was amazingly slick and creative.

My fave scene is Van Der Beer and Clifton Collins Jr (the first one).

The beginning sequences and the ending, which is sort of the same scene. Oh, and i thought the Dick and paul scene wasn't funny and a bit annoying.

The scene when I ejected the tape from the VCR and turned off the TV due to severe head damage from watching that crap.
