Who do you think will take the end of the year awards?

Hejduk currently has 50 goals, which is 2 ahead of Naslund, so he would take the Rocket Richard.

Forsberg currently has 106 points, which is 2 ahead of Naslund, so he would take the Art Ross.

I think Marty Turco's got a lock on the Vezina.

It'll be Forsberg or Naslund for the Hart, and I think Forsberg will narrowly take it from Naslund, unless Colorado wins the Northwest, in which case Forsberg will take it with ease.

I think the Norris Trophy, once again, will go to Nic Lidstrom (the league just loves that guy).

Did I miss any of the big ones? Who do you think will win?

Forsberg I think wins the Hart trophy although Thornton, Naslund, and Bertuzzi make an exellent case.

Lidstrom win the Norris because I don't think there is much competition with the rest of the defencemen

The Vezina the toughest because of Turco's injury near the end of the season he would of won it hands down but now you make a case for Brodeur, Belfour, Lalime and it will be close I think it will be Turco but I hope Belfour wins.

You did not mention the Calder but I think it's between Zetterberg and Barret Jackman and I haven't had the pleasure of seeing these two play that much because of where I live but I believe that Jackman should win but it will be close.

The coach of the year should be Lemaire of the Minnesota Wild the job he has done with the team and the system that they play dispite the fact that they have really one superstar and that's Marian Gaborik and he is still young to.

The Best Defensive forward I haven't heard a lot about because the Hart, Calder, and Jack Adams awards get all the attention, but I still believe the best in the game is Michael Peca unless anybody else can come up with anybody.

And as for the Lady Byng trophy Mogilny has only taken 12 penalty minutes this year and should win it unless you can make a case for anybody else.

Hmm...Well, Forsberg I think has a lock on the Art Ross now that the Avs have won the Northwest.

For the Vezina I'm leaning closer to Martin Brodeur now, I just saw his end of the year stats (41 wins! That's as many as all 7 St. Louis goaltenders won).

Norris will be Lidstrom, again.

Selke will probably be Peca.

For the Lady Byng I'd actually say Milan Hejduk, because he never went after anyone, and they'll want to give the top goal scorer some kind of competitive prize.

Does anyone remember in 2001 when Joe Sakic won the Lady Byng, the Selke, AND the Hart? That was delicious.
