DD, it's possible tha the Devils are a classy organization, but NJ has shown its true colors again. Bunch of mullet wearing, camaro driving low-life rednecks. Booing Giguere was low-down. And no, we wouldn't have done that out here.

It was a pretty good series and give credit to the Devils and Lou Lamourello for building a successful franchise even if you don't like the trap.

Giguere deserves the Conn Smythe trophy for getting the Ducks alll the way to a game 7.

Well now the off-season starts appearently the Red Wings and Darren McCarty are far apart and there is no word if Fedorov is accepting the Red Wings offer of $40 million over 4 years but I'd expect a different Red Wings team next year and I'm wondering what the Leafs will do.

Oh, for sure, maybe right now is too soon, I was thinking of starting one up in a month or so, when we all start longing for some hockey talk again....

Before OTT-NJ game 6, no home game was very critical, considering they had an easy ride through the first 2 rounds.

I found this very surprising that game 7 between the Devils and Ducks scored a 4.6 rating in the U.S. the highest in 30 years. In Canada it got about 2.56 or somwthing like that which is no surprise.

What surprises me about the U.S. number from what I got in media from Canada was that the playoffs after round 2 and the first 2 games of the Stanley Cup final was really low about 1.2 or somewhere around that.

Today should be an announcement on who will be the class of 2003 to go into the Hall Of Fame later in November.
