On my Pitch Black Unrated Director's Cut. the picture has the people on it. However, I saw one in the store, and the cover doesn't have the people on it, there is just a face. (I'm talking about the DVD). So is there any difference between the 2, feature wise?

No difference, Universal likes to change their covers frequently, they have new covers of The Frighteners, Dante's Peak, Etc. All with the same features as before, just new "hip" covers. I think they also do it to confuse people into buying more copies because they think it has more features.
