Natural Born Killers come with booklet?

Hey, i purchased this today and right from the box cover and seal it looked kind of risky to buy. It could havebeen previewed. when i opened it i only noticed it came with just the disc (no booklet?)

So then i figured i paid for a new dvd but got some of a bootleg sealed up off ebay.

my question is to whoever owns this, did it come with a booklet or just the disc?

note this is the directors cut version from trimark.

Trimark never has a booklet, the chapter selections are always on the back of the case. It is not a bootleg, i own this version as well, bought it when it came out and it didn't have a booklet.

this is the first dvd i got without those chapter selection cards...i think all dvds should include them!
