Anyone remember this Twilight Zone???

If I remember right, it was pretty odd even for twilight zone, but it was about a killer wig-secreted some typr of poison or maybe a venomous bite?

Not sure if there was ever a wig story on TZ, but there was an episode of Spielberg's Amazing Stories called Hell Toupee, which was about (surprise, surprise) a toupee (wig) from hell!

I don't recall a twilight zone episode like that.

I do recall a simpsons halloween special where Homer got the hair of a murderer transplanted on him, then it tried to kill him....so that could have been a parody of what your talking about.
