View Full Version : NECA=The new McFarlane toys?

For the past few days, I've been hearing about what the toy company Neca has in store for horror fans. The 18" Jason Voorhees figure was revealed, but there's also plans for a Phantasm action figure. Maybe Neca will make the toys that McFarlane doesn't have the rights to.

Here's what's currently available:
Gizmo Plushie
Mohawk Plushie
Gizmo Head-bobbler
Stripe Head-bobbler

Here's what's coming:
Hellraiser action figure line
Gremlins action figure line
Jason Voorhees-18" w/ sound

Last week I bought the Gizmo plushie because it was so incredible and detailed. Usually plush toys suck, but the Mogwais were made with skill.

do u know where i can find pics of the gremlins toys? like teh gizmo plush?

Check out comic book shops or specialty stores like Spencer's. It took me a while before I came across Gizmo. All they had were Mohawks.

Are NECA toy's resenobly priced, I want one of the Jason figures but don't want to spend $100 for one like I would for a larger McFarlene toy. Like the foot tall Tortured souls, almost $50 at my local mall with the smaller figures pushing $15, I miss the day of $5 action figures, but then again they weren't like the toys the master McFarlene makes.
