Well se7vn and fight club are pretty good and extra packed.
Spinal tap is a very good dvd
T2 special edition
Jurassic Park and the Lost World
If your into it the Sopranos 1st season
The matrix if your DVD player can support the white rabbit special effects
28 days which has the cool extra of how she made the gum wrapper chains

You can always check out Doc's DVD review and he gets pretty in depth about how well the DVD's are stocked

The Magnolia-dvd is amazing. The extras you get are superb. If you don't buy it, defenitely rent it ! I'm telling ya!

In the beginning of the DVD menu a white rabbit will appear if you click on it you get enhanced special effects.

In addition:
If you like Buffy, get the full First Season.
Another one should definately get is 'The Abyss', lots of extra's, additional scenes, just a fantastic movie.
'Natural Born Killers', nice extra's too, but it could be the case that you don't like this movie.. If so, forget I mentioned it.
'Alien', 'Aliens', Alien3 and Alien Ressurection. Great series, and lots of info.
'2001, A Space Oddyssey', I was stunned by the quality of the imagery. So sharp, so real, fascinating movie. But I believe there are several DVD's with this movie out there, you should probably check Amazon first.. I have the one with the featuring music bonus CD.

Terminator 2: Ultimate Edition is the best DVD I have.
