The "You Pick The Movies" Tournament! Round 1.

Well, I thought up this idea today and I'm going to give it a try. This is a tournament where all of the schmoes have the input for a couple of the matches. Anyone can pick any two movies and put them up against each other to compete in this tournament. Still don't understand? Here's an example...

Schmoe #1:

"I would like these to be my matches:

1. Movie #1 vs. Movie #2
2. Movie #3 vs. Movie #4
3. Movie #5 vs. Movie #6"

Schmoe #2:

"Here's my choices:

4. Movie vs. Another Movie
5. Another Movie Part 2 vs. Movie: The Sequel"

And so on and so forth...

Guidelines:

1. YOU CAN ONLY POST UP TO FIVE MATCHES. If you post more than five matches your 6th, 7th, 8th, etc... match will not be entered into the tournament.
2. A MOVIE CAN ONLY BE ENTERED ONE TIME ONLY. If you were planning to make a match "Lost and Delirious vs. Kissing Jessica Stein" and you notice Mike has already made a match "Kissing Jessica Stein vs. Rollerball" you cannot include Kissing Jessica Stein in any of your matches. To see if anyone has already used a movie you want to use I'd suggest pressing Ctrl+F and enter the title in the blank to see...
3. PLEASE NUMBER YOUR MATCHES. I'm going to start so I'll number my matches 1-5, so then, if the next person enters four matches they'd number them 6-9.
4. YOU DON'T HAVE TO PUT YOUR FAVORITE MOVIES IN YOUR CHOICES. It'd actually be smarter if you didn't. Lets say your two favorite movies are Austin Powers 2 and Charlie's Angels... You'd want them to win so you'd put them up against horrible movies. Well when the next round rolls around your screwed, they'll probably end up being pitted against eachother.
5. HAVE FUN. I hope this'll work and I'll start the first round after I've gotten enough matches...

Confessions was pretty good, but not as good as I was hoping :(
It was the 2nd film i was looking forward to the most in 2002 (first was chicago) so my high expectations did nothing to help...still some nice scenes in it tho (the auditions scene with the japanese woman...hilarious, and the blood in pool scene was great too)
