3 films open next week:
One of this year's most anticipated sequel - Rush Hour 2
Banderas and Jolie's sexy thriller - Original Sin
Disney's latest offerings starring legend Julie Andrews - Princess Diaries.

Which of the above will you see? /ubb/biggrin.gif

By the way, to me, all three look good... I will most likely see Rush Hour 2 and Princess Diaries /ubb/smile.gif But I will see Original Sin, but probably not on its opening week.

I didn't like the first Rush Hour but the second looks good, I'll see it on video though... Original Sin also looks pretty good but again, I'll probably wait until video. And I have no fucking idea why I want to see The Princess Diaries, and the G rating is a huge turn off, but I kind of want to see it. Again, I'll probably wait for video... So, three flicks opening next weekend and I doubt I'll see any of them in the theater...

G rating? I am from uk, we don't have that kind of rating system widely used here...what age group is that?

It's meant for 2 year olds.

I frankly have no interest in any of the movies. I can't stand Angelina Jolie, Rush Hour didn't appeal to me at all, and the Princess Diaries looks like yet another live-action crapfest that Disney throws forth on a consistent basis.

It's not a surprise that you would think Princess Diaries will be a surprise hit Mike /ubb/biggrin.gif I mean you also thought Legally Blonde and Crazy/Beautiful would be surprise hits... /ubb/biggrin.gif There seems to be a clear pattern here... /ubb/smile.gif

BTW I loved Legally Blonde and Crazy/Beautiful /ubb/biggrin.gif

Rush Hour 2 I will watch on opening day. Original Sin I will see for free in 2 weeks. And Princess Diaries, I will wait for Video.

Actually, you are wrong, I didn't think
Crazy/Beautiful would be a surprise hit, I wanted to see it and I hoped it would be a surprise hit, but I said I doubt it will make much money. I knew it wouldn't be a big hit, I knew a lot of people would think it looked stupid and avoid it, plus the title was kind of dumb, anyway, I was right, it wasn't a big hit... But yes, I did say I thought Legally Blonde would be a surprise hit, and it was, so I was right... I can just sense a hit, it's a gift or something... Anyway, I saw Legally Blonde and The Fast And The Furious tonight for the first time and fucking loved them both. They both succeeded in what they were trying to do and I loved them both... Man was Reese adorable in Legally Blonde...

theINSIDER says:
-Rush Hour 2:Will definatly see.
-The Princess Diaries: Someone will have to put a gun to my head if they ever expect me to see any movie produced by kiddie smut puddlers.
-Original Sin:Will only see if that talked about love-making scene is as graphic as they say it is!

I'll surely see RUSH HOUR 2 cause the first one was great and the trailer made me laugh. Jackie Chan's a great actor.
I'll try to see ORIGINAL SIN, most of all because I like the two leading actors.

I doubt I'll see any of these films in the theater... unless of course I'm dragged to one of them. That is very doubtful though.

I'm staying home. Chris Tucker is the most annoying screen presence since Kevin Costner. ORIGINAL SIN looks like a segment from tv's RED SHOE DIARIES. Horrid! I can live without seeing another Disney movie ever. And I can't imagine anyone rushing out to see a Julie Andrews movie, with the exception of someone like Mike, of course. Unfortunately, there are plenty of Mikes in the world.

Excuse me, there's no way in hell I'd see The Princess Diaries in the theater. I also hate kids movies and that's exactly what it looks like. I thought it looked really bad until a buddy of mine kept saying how hot that chick in the movie looked, then I started noticing how hot she was and then I kind of wanted to see it. But I'll only rent it if there's absolutely nothing else to rent...
