Do you know more about the plot? I have seen a movie called Screamers - sci-fi/horror that was EXCELLENT and very unusual in it's theme, you had to pay attention to the movie to get it. Great acting, plot, suspense build up, ending, everything - the movie rocked but I Never see it mentioned. I was hoping you were talking about this screamers - ah well :(
The plot about the one Im referring to is confusing to explain, especially without giving much away. I dont have too much of a fantasy sci-fi imagination, so only certain sci-fi appeals to me (READ: SCI-FI THAT CAN BE CONSIDERED HORROR :D) Such as the aliens series and whatnot. Screamers is one of them.

It sucks I watched many moons ago becuase of this tagline:
They're men turned inside out! And worse... they're still alive!
Bullshit there are no inside out people in the movie, in fact *********** SPOLIERS ****************************
I beleive the opening sequence was added later or for the vhs release
There's a neat 2-disc DVD Widescreen set of SCREAMERS available (region 2 - pal) which includes the original director's cut & SCREAMERS 2. Cool set actually worth tracking down if your a fan of this film.
btw the director's cut does not feature any gore scenes. They were included for the US market only but I guess y'all know that :)

yeah, so I've read... apparently it plays like an action flick more than anything, but the opening sequence is a big deal..
Thanks for the feedback, guys! I'll be watching it this evening.

Ok. I liked this movie.
It's not good, I liked the plot. I'm so easily amused.
I liked that hoesay guy or however you spell that name.
