Roger Avary's next - GLAMORAMA

Roger Avary's THE RULES OF ATTRACTION has become a fave film of mine, and after handling the controversial Bret Easton Ellis novel, Avary is once again in charge of another of Ellis' works, GLAMORAMA. From what I know, this novel centres on Victor, who was featured wonderfully in THE RULES OF ATTRACTION, played by Kip Pardue. I've read that he travel across Europe to find college sweetheart Jamie and in the process gets caught up with a host of terrorist models ?!. If it turns out anything like RULES... I will be a happy chappy. Casting wise - Kip Parude is once again on hand as Victor and Shannyn Sossaman is back as Lauren. Billy Zane, Jennifer Garner (woo-hoo), Robert Blake (?), Shannen Doherty, who will apparently play Jamie, and Rose McGowan (another woo-hoo) are all here too. Nice looking cast, all have an edge to them. Should be good.

Rules as so-so for me, but that Europe trip was probably the best part of the movie for me, so this sounds good.

loved rules of attraction,cant wait for this....the plot with the terrorist models sounds like something in an austin powers film but i'll wait and see.jennifer garner in this only helps.

The Rules of Attraction movie was terrible compared to the book... Ugh. It had some okay moments but overall was just bleh.

I have the book Glamorama but never got to read it cuz of school. It seems promising though. Wonder what hottie they'll cast for the lead.

I don't see why everyone thought the ROA movie was that great. Have you read the novel? The movie was just tolerable (even though I wanted to throw rocks at the screen at some parts). Terrible ending too (different from the book). I'm fine with book -> cinema alterations, but not bad ones.

Any rumors to who will be in Glamorama yet?
