Sorry if this is posted in the wrong area, I wasn't sure where to put it :)
I'm trying to remember the title of a horror movie.
It was in the late 80's-early 90's when a lot of very low budget movies were starting to be shot on video instead of film. The movie took place in a prison. The plot involved some filmmakers shooting a movie in the prison and a mysterious killer killing them. It was way voer the top and cheesy, bad acting, bad effects, laughable music, etc.
Some of the kill scenes included: a man getting hit hard on the back of the head with a ping pong paddle and his eyes popping out onto the table and a guy riding down a hallway riding a skateboard getting his head ripped off as he passed the killer...the movie ended with the director being strapped into an electric chair and murdered by the female stars of the movie and them showing the footage to a Japanese investor who says "wow, great effects, how do you make it look so real?"
I can't remember any names or even a production company (although, it may have been Full Moon). Again, this was very poorly made and shot on video, but I did rent it from a video store...it was a fun, enjoyable goofy overly gory, poorly shot, 80-90 minutes of fun :)
and no it's not "Destroyer" with Tony Perkins and Lyle Alzado ;)))
