I just read at aintitcoolnews.com that executives are worried about the Hulk because it comes off as an art film and not so much as a “typical” summer superhero movie the trailers make it out to be. I was just talking to a friend of mine about this, and he really believes that Universal is going to butcher this movie in the editing room to make it more action oriented. I just really hope they don’t try to cut it up and dumb it down just because they don’t think the audience will be able grasp a superhero movie with more depth then usual blockbusters, I mean give the audience some credit.
What do you Schmoes out there think of this?

man why do Movie Executives always seem to jump the gun on movies that havent even been released yet? And how come the Executives are always the one to cut the film and not have the director do it himself? Exe"cut"ives really ruin movies that they dont know shit about, I mean they should take notes from "Darkness Falls" and realise not to cut a movie!

if Hulk is an "art" movie, then i'll be the first one in the queue to see it, but if this motherfucker executives try to make it the new Daredevil, then they can kiss my ass, i won't see it ever!
In the last trailer i've seen, it really seems that the movie could have much more depth than the average superheroes movie. Now i'm looking forward to it, DON'T FUCK ME!!
the last sentence is directed to those damn executives, obviously

This movie looks like a complete joke. And if the execs cut it, it will be even worse. This project was dammned from hell when they decided to make him a giant special effect. Oh well.

yeha maybe we should have spray painted the rock green. gone back to the 70's when movies were good and sleek was happy....
of course the hulk was going to be CGI. what else can you do? and although i had my doubts, watch the latest footage. he's looking a lot better...he does like a kick ass gigantic green monster, the CGI has captured the power of the character in a way that no can of green spray paint on a wrestler ever could.
i had my doubts, but now i look at it, the Hulk himself looks cool.
i want to see a film with a bit of depth, so i would really prefer to not have this turned into Action Hulk...
(hey sleek, sorry if that looked like an attack, i was being lighthearted as per normal:D)

What could they have done? Um... not made the movie. Like I said, it was a BAD idea from the begining. Oh well. I'll see it. I'd like to be proved wrong, but I HIGHLY doubt it.

When will those money-grubbing dumbshit executives realize that they are NOT directors.
I mean, why not just fire Ang Lee and give directorial duties to those idiots who only seem to see the world in dollars and cents.
"Why make a potentially good movie when we can add loads of mindless action to please those dumbasses who have the attention spans of a retarded monkey?"
Assholes. This better not be true. Nothing I can do about it of course, but it just pains me to see bullshit like this occurring.
OH MY GOD!
I really hate it when some people try to judge a movie through trailers or previews. Remember guys: THE HULK is still a work in progress and it's way too early to curse the poor thing before even seeing the complete work!
Trailers for DareDevil were ultra-cool! See how shitty the movie turned to be?
Some trailers and previews for , say, Chicago or The Two Towers well just boring but look how great the movies are!
Again: TOO EARLY to judge the film. NOT through previews!

Actually, just like the movie, Daredevil's previews were shit. I only saw it because of Colin Farrel and Clarke Duncan

I actually liked Daredevil, it did make 100 million early in the year so it was successful. The Hulk just looks okay but it could easily turn out to be a pile of crap because it just should never have been made into a feature film.

Daredevil was grade A action fare. I loved it.

To be honest, I'm not really looking fowards to The Hulk. I saw the trailor before X-Men 2, and I kept noticing how FAKE the title character looks!
Thanks, but no thanks.
