Remember the movie Disclosure Demi Moore did a few years back actually came to life for the actress....
Heres the story via daily dish/sfgate.com:


DEMI MOORE ACCUSED OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT

A man who actress Demi Moore hired to manage her ranch in Idaho claims she tried to seduce him -- and sacked him when he turned her down.

Lawrence Bass claims the film star came on to him like she did to Michael Douglas in hit movie "Disclosure."

He has filed a complaint with the Idaho Human Rights Commission, accusing Moore of sexual harassment and discrimination.

He is also seeking more than $180,000 in damages.

But the actress's lawyer Martin Singer says he is contemplating a countersuit against Bass for talking to the media.

He says, "This guy signed a confidentiality agreement."

The lawyer added Bass was a "disgruntled ex-employee" and that his "ridiculous lawsuit has no merit".

Bass, 43, told an American magazine, "She thinks she can turn on her sexual powers and get whatever she wants from any man.

"And, like her character in that movie, she seeks revenge when she's rejected."

In "Disclosure," Moore's character lied and claimed Douglas sexually harassed her.

There was an updated story that the guy suing Demi is a disgruntled employee w/ a chequred past. And I looked up Demi Moore, shes 40 at the moment and will hit 41 in November.

Ok, so, there is some nobody 43-year-old chick who gets a job working for some sexy male celebrity of a similar age. He tells her to have sex with him or be fired. I bet ya'll would be downright offended, shocked, and comments such as "I always knew he was a dick"...etc. would be pouring in. Admittedly, it's pushing it a bit far to sue her for it, it's highly inappropriate to use sex as a weapon, regardless of gender.

Fuck, I'd be downright offended if I received such a threat from even Ewan McGregor...but, let's just say, I think I'd keep my job ;)
