Looked great and much better and stylish the JasonX taht was a fun romp.. Except the trailer made it look like an action movie... And I think that girls scream at the end is great ;)

That trailer just got my blood pumping for this movie. Now I am DYING to see it! It looks freakin' awesome! Should be the second best horror film (unless Identity doesn't count then it should be #1) of the year.

OMFG!! That is one of the coolest teaser trailers ive seen this year! This movie just shot into my top 10 to see this summer! I love when Freddy is asking/cursing to himself about why Jason wont die and the "Freddy shadow" he sends out after that person rocked as well. Very cool stuff. Along with Jeepers Creepers,Cabin Fever and 28 Days Later, This summers shaping up great for the Horror movie fan.

I'm really not a fan of either of these series, but I have to admit... it looks pretty cool. I think I may seek out some of the Freddy and Jason films to catch up on the mythology, etc. of it all so I can fully enjoy this one. It looks wicked cool.

I've always hated Jason, and Freddy gold old real fast (even though I found New Nightmares more inovative then I would have thought it would be), but DANG IF THE TRAILER DIDN'T ROCK.

I completely agree with DevilMonkey, that trailer had way more style then the Jason X trailer. I think this is going to be as big as the Godzilla Vs King Kong contraversy of the early 70's. (Okay, yeah. . .I'm old.)

I find that to be one sweet looking trailer, and puts some hope in me that this film will be good. Being the skeptic that I am, the teaming of these two properties just seemed like an excuse to make money (anyone ever read the Alien vs. Predator script? If you haven't, be thankfully. Someone was clearly in it for the money).

Having said that, it certainly looks like they're doing some interresting things with the characters (it would be interresting to see a Freddy dream sequence with a nice special effects budget and newer technology). Certainly one to keep an eye on

I saw it in front of Reloaded on Wed.

The crowd went apeshit for it....they was so much laughing at the thought of the flick, that you could barely hear the trailer shown after it...

It made me want to see it despite my dislike for all of the previous flicks...:)

Just got back from 4:30 showing of The Matrix...

This got a decent response...

Also, 2 other showings from the Matrix on Wednesday and Friday feedback from my cousin a friend of mine...

Wednesday had a very good reaction...

Friday had a decent reaction with the exception of a 60 year old woman talking about the disgrace of movie violence... A few college guys bitched her down...

Come on lady... Your talking about violence in R rated movies, but your about to watch an R-rated movie??? WTF???


I am very excited about this... I havent felt this way since 1991 when Freddy's Dead came out and I was a kid... Too bad I was disappointed...

It's in my Top 5... Hopefully for the first time since 1991, I wont have to be ashamed to admit I am a former fan of these series...

Go Freddy!!!! Go Jason!!! Wipe out every one of those annoying little twits on screen....
