wow, i havent seen this movie in years. i remember liking it alot as a kid, but then again, i was also entertained by breaking anything electronic and setting fire to my gi joe army bases that i had made from twigs. anyway, maybe i'll check it out again.

I enjoyed Critters more as a youngster, but I still get a kick out of it. It's the best Gremlins ripoff out there.

Critters is one of my favorite horror movies! I find it very entertaining and at times even suspenseful, especially when the family is surrounded by many of those things in their farmhouse, and I remember being creeped out by the giant critter in the end and their strange speaceship (I haven't seen it in a while so I forget some of it.) Awesome film!

I liked Critters and Critters 2. I got some good laughs from those movies. Makes me wish I still had copies of them.

New Line has announced that all four "Critters" films will be released on DVD on Aug. 5.
The only extras will be trailers.

Thanks for the information Elgyn. Sucks we only get trailers but at least we get that. Any news of any sort for a box set/double thing? Not that paying the money for a box set would really be worth it, since I only liked the first two.

I've seen 1, 3, and 4, loved em all, great globs of fun, the little spikey critters are great, the first is the best....I dont really care it is a rip-off of Gremlins, in some ways i prefer them to the first gremlins film

I neither care if they ripped off Gremlins. I find the series to be decent but the first two are far the superior. 3 and 4 are okay but show that the series was starting to lose itself. Reminds me alot of the good old Carnosaur trilogy.

not as good as the ghoulies...dont remember each film individually just remember leonardo di caprio was in them and the critters looked cool.
