This looks absolutely awesome!! Check this out:

October 23rd sees Columbia Tristar's release of the Monty Python & The Holy Grail Special Edition DVD set. The movie will have a fully restored "high definition", anamorphic transfer and will boast a brand new DD5.1 soundtrack as well as a cleaned up mono track.

Spread over 2 discs, the extra features will include:

Disc 1
Subtitles "for people who don't like the film" (text from Shakespeare's Henry IV is displayed instead)
An "on-screen screenplay" feature which lets you read the screenplay whilst watching the film
Audio commentary by Terry Gilliam, Terry Jones, John Cleese, Eric Idle and Michael Palin
Animated menus with 5.1 Dolby Digital sound
A Follow The Killer Rabbit feature
24 seconds of extra footage "absolutely free"

Disc Two
"Three Mindless Sing-Alongs"
The Quest For The Holy Grail Locations documentary
The How To Use Your Coconuts educational film
Monty Python And The Holy Grail In Japanese (with English subtitles)
The On Location With The Pythons 1974 BBC Film Night report
Interactive Cast Directory
Terry Gilliam's original sketches
Behind-The-Scenes photos
"A load of rubbish" mystery items
Unused ideas and other material
Trailers
Weblinks

The extras sounds so funny already! And the movie is one of the best comedies ever IMO... This is gonna rock!! And the Commentary with the Python's cannot go wrong!! I'm looking forward to this one.
Hmm.. wonder where they got the 'follow the killer rabbit' idea? http://www.joblo.com/ubb/wink.gif heheh

Awesome DVD or not, I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper! I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries! Now go away before I taunt you a second time.

Minstrel: [singing] Bravely bold Sir Brock rode forth from the kingdom of schmoes. He was not afraid to die, oh brave Sir Brock. He was not at all afraid to be killed in nasty ways, brave, brave, brave, brave Sir Brock. He was not in the least bit scared to being mashed into a pulp, or to have his eyes carved out, and his elbows broken. To have his kneecap split, and his body burned away, and his limbs all hacked and mangled, brave Sir Brock. His head smashed in and heart cut out, and his liver removed, and his bowels unplugged, and his nostrils ripped and his bottom burned off and his penis...

Sir Brock: THAT'S, that's quite enough, Minstrel. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/tongue.gif

Holy crap! I can't wait for this one. The first DVD was okay, but really hard to see because of the video quality.

But man, this looks great.
