I'm usually a big fan of what I would like to call "Relegious Thrillers" which means cheesy relegious movies such as End Of Days, Stigmata, and now the newest on my list, "Bless The Child."
It starts off with Maggie, and her addict sister. Her sis drops by with a week old baby in her hands, but then leaves the baby at the house and never looks back until later. Maggie finds out that Codie is gifted. She has a good heart and loves everyone. Three years later, Maggie's Sis comes back with a man on her side, Eric. Eric is a leader of a cult which is susposed to take people and get them off of drugs or some shit like that, but it's accually a satinic cult. He trys to get Cody and turn her on the "THe Left Side" which means the Devils Side.
Even though there was kinda bad acting and big plot holes, I still thought it was good. It was never scary at any time. I wish Christina Ricci didn't get her head cut off. If she wants to get decapitated, she shouldn't have gottnen dicapitated in Sleepy Hollow. It wasn't fair I tell ya! That Cody girl was really good in the movie. I liked her alot.
