STINKY CHEESE IS GROHL'S NEW DRUG
Rocker Dave Grohl's love of cheese is a huge turn-off for his bandmates in the Foo Fighers -- because the stinkier the better.
The former Nirvana star developed a love of strong cheese when he discovered the smelly stuff was good to eat after a heavy night boozing.
He says, "I had this gnarly hangover about 10 years ago and I was about to puke and I went, 'I want some stinky cheese.' Now, I know what I like."
But his food love has since taken on huge proportions -- he now scours the world for the stinkiest cheeses.
He adds, "In England they have a cheese called Stinking Bishop. We were on tour and I got it and I was keeping it in the mini-bar and it stunk up the room so much that I was afraid housekeeping thought I'd s--- the bed.
"I love cheese. I don't need crackers. I just eat it on its own."
