Region 0 DVDs?

I'm sure that this topic had been brought up before, but I can't seem to find the thread. Has anyone ever bought a Region 0 DVD and had any problems with it? Do you need any special equipment or decoders, or most new players enable you play R0 DVDs?

Region 0 dvds are a non spcified region dvd.
This means you can watch the dvd on any player/rom drive around not matter what region code you have.
There is no special equipment needed to play them and they SHOULD work on every dvd player.
