hahahahaha. theres nothing TO say.... except its real funny, its supposed to be scary, i think, but i watched it and err.... it was great. don't watch it with kids around though, they'll get scared because of the haunted hand and chainsaw.. maybe the big rapist trees.... anywho, see this movie if you want a good laugh

Anyhoo, this flick is hilarious, a total workout for Bruce Campbell's comic talents. If you like to laugh at stupidity, go see this flick.

In my opinion, i would say the first one (Evil Dead) was supposed to be scary and turned out to be really funny. So Mr. Raimi took a hint and added more humor into the 2nd one. The third one is almost all-out humor with little to no scary parts, to me at least.

Evil Dead 1 is supposed to have a number of moments of humor (which many people miss) but mostly be scary and inventive.

Army of Darkness is not supposed to be scary at all.

Evil Dead 2 is the perfect blend of both.

Army of Darkness is just down right insane, which is a good thing. Not meant to be scary in the slightest and going with a more action/adventure kinda vibe. Bruce Campbell is just great as our hero/chicken Ash, hes just the best when it comes to handling those one-liners. He does it with ease. And playing his Evil self as well, who was also a good comical character thrown in.

Not at all scary, but I let this one off since it made me laugh so hard I was pretty much crying. Great movie - B.
