This is a little embarassing, but I actually have to go with 2 FAST 2 FURIOUS! For some reason I just really want to check it out. I enjoyed the first one and had a lot of fun with it when I saw it in theaters. I think this one should be really fun as well, and the budget was around 100 Million and it's supposed to have more action than the first. The advanced reviews so far have been positive, so that definitely gives me hope. I think this should be some solid popcorn entertainment.

I also want to see PROZAC NATION though, but that will never come around me, so I'll have to rent it on video.

Charlie's Angels 2: Full Throttle

The original Charlie's Angels (A-) kicked so much ass I'm hoping the sequel can do the same.
2 Fast 2 Furious doesn't appeal to me at all, even though I liked the original... It looks like too much of the same, plus now there's no Vin Diesel. :(
The Hulk looks fun... I CANNOT wait for this movie to come out, not because I want to see it, but because the day after it's release Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix comes out...! ;) (I admit, I am pathetic.)

1. Alex and Emma
2. Prozac Nation
3. Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle
4. The Hulk
5. 2 Fast 2 Furious
6. Hollywood Homicide

28 Days Later doesn't look that good to me and Dumb and Dumberer and From Justin to Kelly look like crap.

Hollywood Homicide

From the trailers it looks pretty funny. Most of the other ones seem like crap.

The Hulk, the effects may look somewhat cartoonish, but this looks like a very fun popcorn movie.

CHARLIE'S ANGELS: FULL THROTLE
I really liked the first one. I had a blast watching it. This one looks also like lots of fun.

28 DAYS LATER
This one looks like all the things that RESIDENT EVIL wasnīt.

I donīt care about the rest.

My most anticipated film of June 2003 is The Eye, but, off that list, I'd say Hollywood Homicide. This is definitely the weakest of the summer months, IMHO!

I accidentally voted for Charlie's Angles 2, but Alex & Emma looks the best of the lot. I'll see it opening day, as opposed to that large, green blob.

Very weak movies in a very week month.

Definitely Prozac Nation.

Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle is my top pick!

Actually it is only 1 of 4 films released in June that I actually want to see. All of the other films look pretty freakin' shitty.

The 4 I want To See In Order:

1. Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle
2. Alex and Emma
3. Hollywood Homicide
4. Prozac Nation

Oh and I want to see Whale Rider tp, but Im not sure if its a June release or not.

The other releases ESPECIALLY Dumb and Dumberer, 2Fast 2Furious, From Justin To Kelly and to a lesser extent The Hulk all look like CRAP.

The Hulk hands down. Then 28 days later.

The Hulk, hands down!

Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle is #2.

Voted PROZAC NATION.........28 DAYS LATER is the only other one on the list that interests me.

You couldnt pay me enough to sit through Charlies Angels 2 or Fast and Furious 2

I'm not really looking forward to any of them, but I am somewhat anticipating seeing The Hulk. I think the trailer makes it look laughably bad, but you never know. Plus I will pay the 8 dollars to see it if for no reason other than getting to see Jennifer Connelly.

Hollywood Homicide is my top pick, but I also wanna see 28 Days Later and Charlie's Angels : Full Throttle.

And to a lesser extend I'm also somewhat interested in The Hulk and Alex and Emma.

Out of these extremely unfortunate options, I guess Prozac Nation is the most intriguing to me, but, that looks as though it could be brilliant or dreadful...

Nothing really that I'm dying to see...so I went with The Hulk...also gonna see 28 Days Later, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, Hollywood Homicide and Dumb and Dumberer.

Jasonite
05-27-2003, 03:25 PM
That's pretty easy, The Hulk. Ang Lee directedit, and it's based on a fantastic comic character.

I have to admit I'm surprised, by schmoes that usually have good taste...wanting to see sequels that are going to be worse than the horrible first movies! 2 Fast 2 Furious? A sequel that doesn't even have the star power of the first horrible movie? Nine out of 10 of you will be disappointed. Dumb & Dumberer? Without Jim Carrey the last one would've sucked, and even with him in it there were only one or two funny parts...the sequel looks weaker, doesn't have Jim Carrey, and it's gonna disappoint everyone with any taste that sees it. Charlie's Angels 2? Again, the only thing worth seeing about this Matrix-inspired poor man's plotless action movie was Bill Murray, and he's gone! The first one sucked, and people want to see the sequel...why Lord, why!?!?!?!

What I'm confused about are all the votes for the awful-looking Hollywood Homicide. WTF???

Anyways, 28 Days Later for me.

I voted for 28 Days Later. I haven't seen a preview that was actually creepy forever.

Incidentally, was I the only one who at first thought this was a sequel to 28 Days?

2 FAST 2 FURIOUS
fuck no. absolutely not. This movie is gunna suck really bad. The trailers do nothing for me and i am completely uninterested. This is a huge disappointment cuz the original is a favorite of mine.
PROZAC NATION
no opinion.
DUMB & DUMBERER
this looks fuckn retarded but i have to say, teh makeup on harry and Lloyd is pretty good.
FROM JUSTIN TO KELLY
i dont really want to see this. Kelly Clarkosn is hot and has a strong voice but is she really an actress?? I cant stand that Micheal Jackson look alike Justin Ghoweverthefuckitsspelt. However, my idiot friends will probably drag me to see this. ugh...
HOLLYWOOD HOMICIDE
I actually wanna c this. I like Harrison Ford and Josh Hartnett and i think the previews are surprisngly appealing.
RUGRATS GO WILD
rugrats go wild???? enough said.
ALEX & EMMA
dont especially want to c but i admit it does look like a fresh take on the standard romantic comedy.
THE HULK
IMO this movie looks liek shit. The Hulk looks like and over grown disgruntled green cabbage kid. I dont think ill be able to stand this movie for 2 hrs.
CHARLIE'S ANGELS: FULL THROTTLE
Previews and promos hav gotten me pshyced!! The first movie is one hell of a fun ride and Full Throttle looks even better!
28 DAYS LATER
My pick of teh month. This looks... interesting, scary, brilliant, enetertaining, and fucked up. In other words, right up my alley! 28 Days Later promises to be a serious zombie movie that has the pontential to be a major scarefest backup by undeniable intelligence, I can't wait!

"Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle" is my pick for the month of June. I really enjoyed the first film, it's a guilty pleasure of mine. As for this sequel, it's looks like a lot of fun! And it should be a funny movie, since Bernie Mac is attached to the film.

Anyway, I'm looking very forward to "28 Days Later" as well. It looks like a pretty dark and creepy littlle film. Also, I'll check out "2 Fast 2 Furious", "The Hulk", and "Hollywood Homicide"... these movies don't look very good, but I want to see them anyway.

As for the rest, I don't care about any of them.

The only movie on that list that I would go see is 28 Days Later but I've already seen it.

Everything else looks bad, especially 2Fast2Furious which looks like a boring, pointless retread of the first. I can't see Paul Walker carrying a movie by himself and I don't care for Tyrese either. The only other film I might check out is The Hulk, but only if I get real bored.

I'll never watch Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.

Wow... what a shitty selection.

I went CA:2, cause I've already seen 28 Days Later a bunch of times. Rugrats would be my other choice, and the rest can kiss my ass.

2 Lame 2 Shitty can suck the Llama's ass, and The Hulk can kiss the proverbial "CGi" ass (god that looks LAME!!!)

I do know what movie I'll be seeing at the show next tho... Legally Blonde 2... I've got a freebie pass. :D

Of these, The Hulk, followed by 28 Days Later.

2 Fast 2 Furious and From Kelly to Justin look like real shit.

You guys are forgetting that 2 Fast 2 Furious is directed by John Singleton director of Boyz in the Hood and Rosewood. I have complete faith in him and if he decided to do this movie then he must have seen something in it that maybe the trailers or anything don't hint at?

Even though I actually think this movie looks like fun times... maybe the director is just, ahem, what do you call it? Cashing in. Yeah, that sounds about right...

I actually like Paul Walker. He seems like a really nice and down-to-earth guy, and he even turned in a good performance in JOY RIDE. Vin Diesel sucks and he wanted 30 Million to return for the sequel, he's so damn greedy. He's definitely letting success go to his head. I'd say he's only worth around 5 Million at the most, since a movie with him isn't a guaranteed hit, both Knockaround Guys and A Man Apart bombed (haha you self absorbed prick ;)). I'd take Paul Walker over Vin Diesel any day. I wouldn't even want to see the sequel that much at all if it didn't have Paul Walker, and instead had Vin Diesel. I know I'm in the minority, but I don't care. I just don't like Vin Diesel, and I don't think Paul Walker is that bad at all. I'm looking forward to 2 FAST 2 FURIOUS. 28 DAYS LATER actually looks really shitty from the trailer. I had heard the trailer was good, but I was really disappointed to find out that it sucked once I actually saw it. 28 DAYS LATER is a rental for me, which is just because I like horror movies.

From those only two are interesting. 28 Days Later and The Hulk. And since I've seen 28 Days Later, I voted for Hulk.

Prozac Nation. A beautiful trailer put the final nail in the coffin for me. the book was amazing, the cast is great and now we've seen the trailer. Looks great.

The Hulk would be next.

Dumb & Dumberer is probably my top choice. Dumb & Dumber is one of my favorite comedies and this one looks pretty funny.

Hollywood Homicide and 28 Days Later are my other choices.

2 Fast 2 Furious...meh. I might see it in theaters, but looks like a direct-to-video movie to me, so I'll rent it instead.

I think it looks like an enjoyable action comedy with Harrison Ford and Josh Hartnett seem to work well together. It looks like fun and it's always good to see Harrison Ford lighten up a little as he seems to do so in this movie. It won't be the next Lethal Weapon but it very well could be the next Rush Hour.

My first choice would be The Hulk, but it's not exactly a movie I'd sell my left testicle to see. I never really got into the comic book character (it's a guy who turns into a giant green marshmellow man, big deal) and there's some debatable CGI. But I'll see it, since it could be entertaining, and doesn't look as bad as Daredevil did (and was)
