Don't suppose there are any specs for EDII or AoD? Or are they the same as the R1 versions?

If I had an all-region player, and I didn't already have ED, EDII, and two versions of AoD, I'd pick this up despite the horrid packaging.

That's a shame. Theatrical cut is much better.

I love Anchor Bay but for fucks sake I wish they would quit re-releasing DVDs over and over again with the only difference being how they dress them up. This packaging is way cool and being both a sucker and a huge fan of this trilogy (bit of a misnomer) then i'll almost certainly pick this up. I'm especially fond of the artwork this release sports. This is the artwork I remember from the brief video release in the UK at the start of the eighties before the movie suffered a bad case of "being banned".

I'm not the biggest fan of the Evil Dead films, but at £24.99 how can you go wrong! Only problem is, I'd be taking a risk because I haven't seen AOD.

I already have a copy of all 3 films but I am such a sucker for repeat purchases! I'll just have to have two copies of Pulp fiction, True Romance and all the evil dead films.

arse.

AOD is excellent and hilarious, if you enjoyed the previous films you should enjoy this as well

Anchor Bay must have a hard on for ED, because each of the trilogy have been releases more than once, and on increasingly expensive profits.

Stop draining us of out of money and release a DEFINITIVE edition, not some set.

Horror fans have common sense, and in this case should exercise it.

Im trying to sell my BOTD, Evil Dead 2, and AOD Bootleg Cut to get this. It has all the stuff from those discs plus the SMART ending and a whole new 4th disc.

Anyone want a mind contion Evil Dead BOTD, AOD, and ED2? 38 bucks for all of it, come on the BOTD goes for that price alone!

I own this amazing set, my mum bought it on the day of its release but bad thing is....ITS MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT!! :(

How do I know about it? Well, she was at the counter where she was gonna buy it and had it secreatly hidden under her arm. My sister called me on my moblie and my mum heard it ringing, she was gonna meet us in the shop. I rushed over to tell my mum so and say the side bar but I don't think she knows.

Anyways, I can't touch the damn thing now until August 10th. Grrrrr, ah well hopefully it'll be worth the wait :D

The Evil Dead movies have come out on DVD dozens of times. I saw this being sold for a crazy £15 the other day. Everyone who wants these movies have bought them and bought the re-issue. Will there be another Evil Dead release!?
