Is the Criterion version of Throne of Blood any good? I was thinking of picking it up.

Did anyone ever pick this up? If so what was the video/audio quality like and is there a version available in Widescreen or is it only Full Screen?

It's a Criterion Release of a Kurasawa movie. Of course it is worth it!

Audio and video is as good as can be expected from a film of it's age.

It's in full screen. Shot that way, no cropping done.
