Why does Joblo have like eight differents horror forums but not an adventure sci-fi or fantasy or whatever forum? Why the hell does it only have this or is there something I'm missing, oh and by the way I used spellcheck

If you read through the horror forums you'd find that a huge amount of schmoes have a huge amount of posts there. I doubt any sci-fi or adventure board would get that much traffic.

okay, firstly.. I cant read ANY of your posts because you never use punctuation..! please, use punctuation! It makes communication here on the big, bad internet a loottt easier. :)

secondly, yeah, we ARE SCHMOES. Registering on to this sight makes you one too..

lastly (and most importantly...), horror movies dont "suck"- Check the horror boards. You'll see that there are over a hundred of us who REALLLLLY like it. If you can dismiss an entire genre of film (and its MASSIVE cult fanbase) without even knowing about it first, then there may be something wrong.

You can talk adventure and Sci-Fi in another movie forums. Horror is a growing genre that has a massive amount of fans. So why not have a horror forum?

Wow, thanks for the insult. I'm so sorry for just being a "schmoe" (isn't that the kettle calling the pot black?) who happens to adore dumb horror movies...

By the by, Sci-fi movies are talked about in almost every other single forum, but since horror movies have such an incredibly huge cult following, they get forums dedicated to themselves otherwise there'd be a few too many horror topics in the regular forums. Sci-fi just doesn't have that kind of following on this board, so there aren't seperated forums. I didn't think it was that hard of a concept to grasp, but whatever...

Lastly... welcome to the board my fellow "schmoe". I'm sure you'll do great.

Dumb forums? The reason I joined joblo.com was originaly for the horror boards. A dumb horror movie called Psycho urged me to broaden my horizons and check out some older flicks. And before you know it, I love great movies. I have never forgotten the horrors though. True they have a huge cult following. Sci-fi isn't as large and adventure is usually classified as something else.

Thats a bit harsh to diss a forum on this site. I think ur dispute should have been a personal e-mail or PM w/ Jo-Blo or posing ur question at "sites & suggestions".

I can easily call SCI-FI dumb,and then you'd be probably pissed off. Think about what your posting,and take a good look at how many schmoes actually like horror. Surprised huh?

Hmmm this thread makes me slightly angry. There are a lot of cool horror fans on the boards. I joined this board mainly for the horror board. I am a big horror fan and i feel slightly offended by this. Horror isn't "dumb" check out the boards and you may find out about some very cool films, which you haven't heard of, i have. I'm not sure if sci-fi or fantasy is as popular as horror so thats probably the reason. Besides LOTR, Star Wars and the Matrix has there own boards so check them out.

As a huge horror movie fan I found this site to have the best horror forums ever. To each his own, but there's no need to diss other's preferences...........perhaps you can find other boards that are more specifically geared toward sci-fi/fantasy.

Because they're part of a little horror site called "Arrow in the Head". If you don't like the horror forums or horror movies, don't surf the horror boards; its as simple as that. In my 3 years of working this site, this has to be the most asinine post I have ever read. Wow...people never cease to amaze me with their...{fill in the blank}

I'm not a big fan of the horror genre myself but I have no problem with the boards. Many people are horror fans and like The Arrow said, there is a part of the website for this genre. And how are the boards dumb?

I am glad that the horror forum was called dumb that means I won't have to try so hard now:D
I think part of the reason for a horror forum is that jo-blo's big help on this site the man who goes by the name of ARROW is giant horror fan and because he helps so much with the site he get's his own horror section.

So let me get this straight, you post 20 replies in a forum yesterday all saying "Just trying to move up my schmoe rank people that's all this post is".
