I was lucky enough to meet one of the true icons of horror film history last week .......... Christopher Lee .
It's the second time we've met and I'd just like to say that the man is a true gentelman .
He happily chatted with fans about everything from his days at Hammer to Lord Of The Rings and Star Wars .
All this five days after his 81st birthday . I just wanted to share my goodfortune , after all , we don't have many legends left .

:eek:Lucky guy! The closest I came to anyone remotely in that level was Steven King. I know they are worlds apart but still he signed the inside of my copy of "IT". Still I thought it was pretty cool.

Lee looks pretty damn good for his age. I envy you, Cushing. I've yet to meet a horror celebrity, although I did meet cheesy hair band Steelheart 13-15 years ago. You all envy me now, don't you? :D

Funny coincidence how in the photo you're wearing white, and Christopher Lee's wearing black - the traditional colours for the hero and villain to wear in films - and your nickname on this forum is Cushing... See where I'm going with this..?! Van Helsing meets Dracula once again!!!

Well, sort of...

I know how you feel! I met him at year 2002 april, when he was visiting at Finland. It was this horror movie festival called Night Visions and the theme was Hammer studios horror movies. It was so cool to meet mr. Lee. I hope that one day I shall meet him again!
