I just caught this movie on late last night and I was really wowed by it. The last hour of the movie was fast paced and totally weird! Every scene that passed something weird happened. I was only mildly fond of the first 2, I havent seen either since I was young, but after seeing Three last night, I might see the others. When I went on the internet and imdb I got a vibe that this is not only the most hated of the series but its hated in general and I couldnt believe it cause I found it to be good and weird and fast paced. Anyone else? Id give it a 6/10, maybe 7.

I also caught this movie on TV late at night couple weeks ago. I only saw the first 6/10's of it (fell asleep; was really tired, but not because of movie), and got a good sense from it from just about every scene. I loved the mirror tricks they used in every other scene. I wish I hadn't missed the rest of. From what I saw...**1/2 out 4. Will eventually rent to see as a whole.

7/10 from me I liked this film especially the last hour of it. Kane just is weird.

The worst of the trilogy, but still entertaining. Cool premise, inventive special effects, a more prominent role for O'Rourke, and a creepy villain. I didn't dig on the cheap '80s vibe, though. At times, it felt like a lackluster Elm Street entry (the ill-fated pool party).

I really enjoyed the mirror effects as well, and I think 3 had one of the best and scariest sequences of the trilogy (Tangina/Donna/mirror, if you've seen it, you know it). I enjoyed the film, not nearly as much as the first, but I consider it about equal to the 2nd. 6/10

I hated it marginally more than I hated the 2nd one.

I enjoyed all three of the poltergiest trilogy. The third was my least favorite. However, I did find some good parts in it, the idea was pretty unique, I need to watch it again, has been years.

I didn't mind this but I liked the first two more, Tom Skeritt kinda gets on my nerves.

I found the movie okay, not good or great....just okay. I've got to agree with others its the worst entry in the series. I obviously liked it enough because I went out and spent money to buy a copy of it. I did it more to have the whole set rather than because I wanted the movie. A crappy reason I know.

I thought the third one was a lot better than the first two.

my sixth favorite movie of all time! I also caught it on tv 3 times in the past week. score! because i cant find it for sale anywhere! i remember seeing this movie when i was young an being scared. I really love this movie. The acting and Dialog were off at times but its forgiven in the long run. I loved how Gary sherman (the director) drasticly changed the setting to a chicago high rise. The mirror image thing blew my mind! I loved how for alot of it, the mirror was really glass and look alikes played the actors.

Poltergeist 3 in my opinion is better than the second one for ''Kane'' alone. Also Zelda Rubenstein is a woman that has always seemed freaky to me , maybe it's her voice . Did anyone ever catch the E True Hollywood Story about Poltergeist I missed it every time it was on. One more Thing ' I Got You Carolane'.

I thought Poltergeist 3 was decent. I wasn't disappointed. I think cause I went in with low expectations since it was a sequel. So I enjoyed it.:D

It used to come on the Superstation all the time.I enjoyed it each time I saw it.Part 2 and Carrie used to come on the Superstation all the time too.
Im happy that on August 26th,MGM is releasing a double feature DVD of 2 and 3.I still dont know the special features.Poltergeist 3 has a kick ass trailer.
Nancy Allen is still lookin good. She's like 50 now.
The E!True Hollywood Story:The Pltergeist Curse was terrific. It was very creepy. If it comes on agian,Watch it!
The last two movies shouldent have been rated PG-13.They shoulda been PG like the first. The first one is the one that should be PG-13(face pulling apart scene).

I think that the original Poltergeist is a classic, and also the only one worth watching
