looking for a movie title...

Hi,

I saw the beginning of a movie a few years ago, I'd like to know the title.

I can't remember well, I think it started with 2 cops (maybe one female and a black man), they met strange people in a building or house, then I think that the black man turned into a living-dead-human-spider and attacked his partner in the basement (I'm not sure :D )

any ideas ?
