I was wondering, Spork wrote a review a lot of tme ago, much before the movie was released here, i can tell that he did see it after reading his review (which is great Spork!) I read that the gore section stated:

"Not too great. There is a guy who gets ALL sliced up, but we don't really see anything. In fact, there is very little actual blood in this movie. Much is implied, or has that computer-generated blur, or blocked with clever camera angles. Not that a movie really needs gore, but for a Cube film it was mucho dry. In any case there are a couple of quick, clean beheadings, several stabbings, a somewhat brutal person toasting, and some pleasant but short lived blender action. Lots of distended semi-rotted corpses, if that counts for anything."

Does the "person toasting" and "blender action" happen in the version you saw? Not in mine.

Also:

-"After that it just looked like there was a little bit of blood on the blades..." There wasn't that.
-"the walls of a cell started rumbling and blades started to emerge"

These didn't happen either.

Don't remember any 'person toasting', but I do remember the 'blender action', aka Spinning Square o' Doom.

There's only one version of Cube 2 available, you've seen all the gore there is.

I bought a VHS of Cube 2 and it had the people burning but no blending? From what peoplel tell me I have a diffrent version because at the end of their VHS the chick just gets shot, at the end of mine there is a guy there who gets a phone call and they talk and he says that she got the info from the necklace then the guy does some protesting and says ok sir, hangs up, tells her that she should get some rest and that some guy was going to lead her there and the guy shoots her just before they leave the wearhouse. Anyone elses like this?

I don't care. Any extra scene could save this piece of shit that ruined one of the most original horror movies in quite a long time.
I hate Cube 2 with all my soul. The ending I saw is the one you mentioned up there and there was no toasting.

That's so weird, there are deleted scenes but why they would put them in the VHS version really mystifies me.
